Barbara Uhsadel

Biography

Barbara Uhsadel has been painting since her earliest childhood, initially abstract, focused on the essential, later, influenced by the external environment, more figurative paintings are in the foreground.

Towards the end of her business studies, her focus returned to abstract painting.
Inspired by travels to other continents, she developed new techniques in abstract painting.
But her stay in a monastery in China, which brought out a completely different spiritual dimension in her, has shaped her to this day.

She only started publishing her art very late.
With the International Prize of Madrid in 1995, she began to publish individual images for the first time, with now over 200 works of art. Today she is internationally represented.
